Simple administration

Thanks to the user of standardized Internet technologies, HESS MultiChange machines can easily be integrated into the bank's internal  computer networks and managed online with the HESS WebMaster. This enables the comprehensive online management of current cash reserves and the updating of currency exchange rates in real time.

Individual currency selection

The user-friendly interface supports the customer in entering different currencies and withdrawing the amount in the required target currency. Once the foreign currency has been entered, the machine pays out the equivalent amount in the chosen currency. Any remainder amount is paid in the coinage of the currency in question and acknowledged with a receipt.

Interactive user interface

MultiChange currency exchange systems offer a high level of operating convenience and service. The graphical touchscreen interface guides customers step-by-step through the required transaction.
